Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Brake Press Operator.
Brake Press Operator Job Details
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM. Overtime, if required, will be worked on Thursdays. Training will take place on 1st shift for one to two weeks before transitioning to nights.
Pay Rate: $21.30/hr (includes $1.30 shift differential)

Brake Press Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Interview required.
- Previous brake press or metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
About the Brake Press Operator Role
As a Brake Press Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and operate brake press equipment to bend and form metal components.
- Read work orders, blueprints, and specifications to produce quality parts.
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to meet production requirements.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
