Schedule: Full-time schedule, 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $20.00–$23.00/hr

Quality Control Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of quality control or quality assurance experience required; food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accurately document quality data and maintain records.
- Experience working with GMPs, food safety, and quality standards preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain electronic quality records.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple departments.
About the Quality Control Technician Role
As a Quality Control Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and product specifications.
- Perform quality testing and record analysis results accurately.
- Communicate product quality concerns with production, quality, shipping, and customer service teams.
- Maintain quality documentation and production records.
- Monitor production equipment for proper operation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Conduct metal detector, magnet, scale, GMP, and critical control point (CCP) checks.
- Investigate product non-conformances and foreign material concerns.
- Perform batch setup verification and document discrepancies.
- Place products on quality hold and release products when appropriate.
- Complete product rejection reports, including root cause and corrective actions.
- Verify allergen cleanouts, pre-operational inspections, equipment calibrations, and micro sample collection.
- Maintain retained samples and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
