Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a MIG Welder.
MIG Welder Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Overtime, if required, will be worked on Fridays.
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

MIG Welder Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Interview required.
- Profile sheet required.
- Must successfully pass a weld test.
- Previous MIG welding experience required.
- Ability to read and follow welding specifications and work instructions.
- Ability to safely operate welding equipment and related tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
About the MIG Welder Role
As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform MIG welding on tractor buckets and related components.
- Read and interpret work instructions to complete welds accurately.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare materials for welding and assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Assist with additional fabrication and production duties as assigned.
