Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Welder/Fabricator.
Welder/Fabricator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: Based on experience and knowledge
Location: Erlanger, KY

Welder/Fabricator Requirements/Qualifications
- TIG and MIG welding/fabrication experience required.
- Welding certification or 5+ years of welding experience required.
- Ornamental welding experience is a strong plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Must meet DOT requirements for operating a non-CDL company work truck.
- Ability to operate welding machines, grinders, core drills, augers, hammer drills, and hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. when needed.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Carpentry experience with basic welding skills may be considered for an Installer position.
About the Welder/Fabricator Role
As a Welder/Fabricator, your responsibilities will include:
- Weld and fabricate custom staircases and wrought iron fences.
- Install custom fabricated pieces at various job sites.
- Work in both the fabrication shop and at customer job sites.
- Operate tools and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Deliver invoices and accept payments as needed.
- Secure all loads to the company work truck before leaving the shop.
- Maintain company equipment and tools in an organized condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service while working at job sites.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
