Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Robot Picker.
Robot Picker Job Details
Schedule: 8- or 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; multiple workday and day-off options available
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Robot Picker Requirements/Qualifications
- At least 6 months of RF scanner experience required.
- Ability to read and follow system-directed instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift.
- Ability to work effectively in an automated warehouse environment.
- Ability to communicate in English or Spanish.
- Ability to follow safety and warehouse procedures.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
About the Robot Picker Role
As a Robot Picker, your responsibilities will include:
- Work in a robot-assisted picking area.
- Select products according to system-directed picking instructions.
- Use an RF scanner to scan and track products.
- Place products into the correct containers.
- Maintain accurate order fulfillment throughout the picking process.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Support daily fulfillment and warehouse operations.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
