Warehouse Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Location: Hebron, KY

Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience required.
Ability to read, write, and speak English required.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the workday.
Experience picking and pulling orders from warehouse storage racks.
Ability to safely retrieve products from overhead storage locations.
RF scanner experience preferred but not required.
Ability to accurately sort, organize, and stage warehouse products.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic understanding of warehouse inventory and order fulfillment procedures.
Ability to identify products using labels, item numbers, and storage locations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, reaching, bending, and walking.
Ability to maintain productivity while performing physically demanding tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow established warehouse safety procedures.
Ability to maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Reliable personal transportation required; rideshare transportation is not permitted.
Ability to comply with workplace dress code and safety requirements.
Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic required.

About the Warehouse Associate Role

As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Pick and pull customer orders from warehouse storage racks.
Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations, including overhead storage areas.
Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Sort warehouse items according to product category, destination, or department.
Organize and stage products for order processing and distribution.
Verify product information to support accurate order fulfillment.
Use handheld RF scanners or basic inventory systems when assigned.
Scan and track products to maintain accurate inventory records.
Identify products using warehouse labels and item information.
Assist with organizing inventory throughout the warehouse.
Maintain an efficient flow of products through assigned work areas.
Inspect items for visible damage or discrepancies.
Report missing, damaged, or incorrectly located products.
Follow established order picking and inventory handling procedures.
Walk throughout the warehouse to retrieve and organize merchandise.
Perform repetitive reaching, bending, lifting, and material handling tasks.
Maintain accuracy while completing multiple warehouse assignments.
Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Keep storage racks, staging areas, and workstations clean and organized.
Follow company safety procedures when handling and moving products.
Assist with general warehouse organization and inventory-related responsibilities.
Complete additional warehouse and order fulfillment duties as assigned.
