Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Pick/Pack Associate.
Pick/Pack Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Pick/Pack Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Warehouse experience is required
- English speaking required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk and remain on your feet throughout the entire shift
- Ability to pull orders from overhead storage racks
- RF scanner experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work history are required
- Detail-oriented, motivated, and dependable
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Must pass a background check (no charges within the past 3 years; theft or violence must be over 7 years old)
- No rideshare or couples
- Warehouse tour required prior to hire
About the Pick/Pack Associate Role
As a Pick/Pack Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse storage locations
- Pull products from overhead racks safely and efficiently
- Pack orders according to company quality standards
- Use an RF scanner to track inventory and order progress
- Verify order accuracy before shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
