Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Forklift Operator – Receiving.
Forklift Operator – Receiving Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Hebron, KY
Forklift Operator – Receiving Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Previous receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to accurately verify products against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Ability to use scanning and inventory systems.
- Ability to follow established warehouse and safety procedures.
- Reliable personal transportation required; rideshare transportation is not permitted.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
About the Forklift Operator – Receiving Role
As a Forklift Operator – Receiving, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate a forklift to unload incoming shipments.
- Transport products and materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Receive and verify products against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
- Scan products and accurately enter inventory into the system.
- Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Stage products and materials in appropriate receiving areas.
- Maintain organization throughout receiving and staging zones.
- Perform daily forklift and equipment checks.
- Report equipment problems or safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all established warehouse guidelines and safety procedures.
- Assist with additional receiving and warehouse duties as needed.
