Driver/Warehouse Associate – Chesterfield, MO

Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Driver/Warehouse Associate in Chesterfield, MO!

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
Driver Pay: $21.00/hour after successful training and transition to the driver role

Position Overview

This position starts in the warehouse and provides an opportunity to transition into a company Driver role after successful training. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are interested in a long-term opportunity.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Assist with inventory and stock organization.

Driver Responsibilities

After successfully completing training and transitioning to the Driver role:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
• Load and unload delivery items as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Warehouse or driving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be willing to start in the warehouse and train for the Driver position.

Compensation

• Warehouse: $16/hour
• Driver: $21/hour after successful training and transition
