Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Crown Staffing is now hiring a Rewind Operator for a manufacturing facility in Maryland Heights, MO. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented candidate with manufacturing experience who can operate equipment safely, maintain product quality, and meet production goals.
Please note: Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate the Master Roll Lift.
- Rewind, inspect, slit, and splice products according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Set up and operate the Label Vision System and rewinding equipment.
- Monitor product quality and ensure production meets established standards.
- Maintain material inventory and equipment according to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality guidelines, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and maintenance staff to resolve production issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and meet production deadlines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Availability to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.
