Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Overtime may be required
Assembly/Master Pack Associate Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and select quality materials
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to safely use a staple gun, hot-glue gun, and other basic hand tools
- Ability to fold boxes and assemble packaging materials
- Strong commitment to product quality and workplace safety
- Ability to work efficiently and meet operational goals
- Ability to identify quality issues and seek assistance when necessary
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Key Responsibilities
- Safely assemble packaging materials.
- Fold boxes according to product specifications.
- Use staple guns and hot-glue guns safely.
- Select appropriate materials for each product.
- Perform all required quality inspections.
- Ensure assembled products meet customer expectations.
- Work efficiently to meet operational and production goals.
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Notify a supervisor when an issue cannot be resolved.
- Participate in Toyota Production System activities, including Kaizen exercises.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform additional assembly and packaging duties as assigned.
