Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Overtime possible and may be mandatory
Assembly Master Pack Associate Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and source quality materials
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Safely assemble packaging materials according to established procedures
- Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet customer quality expectations
- Perform required quality checks in accordance with company quality policies
- Select and use appropriate quality materials for assembly
- Work efficiently to meet production and operational goals
- Identify and troubleshoot quality issues during the assembly process
- Notify a supervisor when quality issues cannot be resolved
- Participate in TPS activities and Kaizen exercises
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
