Berea, KY
Pay: $16.25–$17.25/hour

Schedule Information
1st Shift
- 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- $17.25/hour
2nd Shift
- 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- $17.65/hour
Assembly Associate Requirements
- General knowledge of assembly processes and tools required
- Proficient computer skills required
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to safely use general assembly tools and equipment
- Familiarity with DFT techniques preferred
- NCCER certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for temporary placement
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and inspect parts, subassemblies, fluids, and accessories used in the production of lift trucks
- Assemble components including drive axles, power trains, side shifters, header hoses, overhead guards, lights, hydraulic tanks, brakes, steering columns, cowls, tires, and seats
- Use general assembly tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow established assembly processes, work instructions, and production requirements
- Use the BAM documentation system to access and complete required production information
- Inspect assembled components to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
- Identify and report quality, equipment, or production concerns
- Follow all PPE requirements and equipment-safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support production goals and additional assembly duties as assigned
