Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Location: Independence, KY

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (copy must be provided before interview and start date).
- Resume required.
- Facility tour required prior to hire.
- Reliable transportation required (not on a bus line).
- Must be clean-shaven (mustache or small goatee permitted) to ensure proper fit of an N95 mask.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently climb multiple flights of stairs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE throughout the shift.
- Drug screen required (THC is not tested).
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Package powder coating materials.
- Stack 40–50 lb. boxes throughout the shift.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products.
- Shrink-wrap completed pallets and packages.
- Clean workstations, equipment, and production areas.
- Operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Climb stairs as needed during production.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE, including an N95 mask.
- Maintain quality and production standards.
- Perform other production duties as assigned.
