Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate in Mason, OH!
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Location: Mason, OH
Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Production and/or warehouse experience required
- Recent sit-down forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to operate a sit-down forklift as part of daily job duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn new skills and grow with the company
- No history of attendance issues or NCNS
- Clean background required (No felonies)
- Clean drug screen required (THC not accepted)
- Resume and interview required
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Load and unload trucks
- Pick and prepare customer orders
- Operate a sit-down forklift
- Assist with warehouse and production operations
- Move and organize materials throughout the facility
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
- Support team productivity and operational goals
