Schedule: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch and short breaks)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Contents Packout Technician Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to interact respectfully and professionally with homeowners during sensitive situations
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to dress appropriately for the weather and work environment
About the Contents Packout Technician Role
As a Contents Packout Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Enter residential homes with the team
- Inventory and carefully pack personal belongings
- Load personal belongings onto company trucks
- Unload and organize items at the warehouse or designated location
- Handle customer belongings with professionalism, empathy, and care
- Attend daily team huddles before departing for job sites
- Travel to job sites with the team using company-provided transportation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
- Assist with additional packout duties as assigned
