Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Picker.

Warehouse Picker Job Details

Schedule: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM | Days Off: Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Location: Hebron, KY

Warehouse Picker Requirements/Qualifications

English- and Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to stand and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
Ability to safely go up and down a ladder throughout the workday.
Must be willing to train in multiple areas of the warehouse.
Ability to follow computer-based picking instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Reliable personal transportation required; rideshare transportation is not permitted.

About the Warehouse Picker Role

As a Warehouse Picker, your responsibilities will include:

Pick products from an automated robotic system at an assigned picking station.
Follow computer-generated instructions to identify the correct items for each order.
Use basic computer systems throughout the picking process.
Verify products for accuracy before completing picks.
Lift and handle products weighing up to 60 lbs.
Stand and move throughout the work area for extended periods.
Use ladders safely to access products as required.
Organize picked products for the next stage of warehouse operations.
Train and assist in multiple areas of the warehouse as needed.
Maintain an organized and safe work area.
Follow all established warehouse and safety procedures.
