Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler in Hamilton, OH!
Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime required as needed)
Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Location: Hamilton, OH

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous assembly or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detailed job instructions
- Experience assembling conveyors or material handling equipment preferred
- Experience wiring motors, proximity switches, photo-eyes, push buttons, disconnect boxes, or electrical panels is a plus
- Basic hand tools required (company tools available to borrow or purchase if needed)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resume and interview required
- Background check required
- Drug screen required
About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Read and interpret blueprints and detailed job descriptions
- Gather parts and materials needed for each assembly
- Assemble conveyors and material handling equipment in the proper sequence
- Test completed equipment to ensure proper operation
- Verify equipment meets customer specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with the paint department to complete touch-up work as needed
- Complete and sign inspection reports
- Perform work safely while following all company safety procedures
- Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional assembly duties as assigned
