Previous experience in carpentry, drywall installation, carpet/flooring installation, sheet metal, or similar hands-on trades is preferred.

Steel-toe boots required.

Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.

Operate a slitter machine to process conveyor belting.

Measure belting accurately using a tape measure.

Cut and prepare conveyor belting according to production specifications.

Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the facility.

Load, unload, and transport materials as needed.

Monitor equipment and finished products for quality and accuracy.

Follow production instructions and safety procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Perform additional production and material-handling duties as assigned.
