Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a MIG Welder.
MIG Welder Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Location: Hamilton, OH
MIG Welder Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
- Ability to use measuring tools and welding equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Must be dependable with consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining quality standards.
About the MIG Welder Role
As a MIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and welding specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools.
- Measure and position materials before welding.
- Inspect welds and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Perform grinding, cutting, and other basic fabrication duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and production requirements.
- Work independently and cooperatively with team members.
- Meet established production and quality standards.
