Door Glazing Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow factory orders
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Good attendance record required
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Neat and professional appearance required
- Ability to work in a loud manufacturing/shop environment
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience acceptable
About the Door Glazing Associate Role
As a Door Glazing Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Read and follow factory orders accurately
- Perform glazing procedures for custom doors
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Move and handle materials as needed throughout production
- Maintain quality standards on all finished products
- Work in different production stations as required
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
