General Packaging Associate Job Details

Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Location: Cincinnati, OH

General Packaging Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Previous warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Ability to lift and handle products and materials as needed.
Experience using pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, or RF scanners preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation.
Ability to follow established safety procedures and company policies.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
Steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a T-shirt required.

About the General Packaging Associate Role

As a General Packaging Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
Package, seal, weigh, and label products according to established specifications.
Inspect products for damage, defects, and quality concerns.
Prepare finished products for shipment or storage.
Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and RF scanners.
Complete required packaging and shipping documentation.
Track inventory and shipping information accurately.
Organize and stage completed orders for shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
Follow established packaging, quality, and safety procedures.
Work with team members to meet daily production and fulfillment goals.
Assist with additional warehouse and packaging duties as assigned.
