Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Line Laborer.
Line Laborer Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (shift length may vary between 7–10 hours)
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr
Location: Lebanon, OH
Line Laborer Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to continuously lift and handle materials weighing 20–50 pounds.
- Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
- Comfortable performing repetitive lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Ability to manually move and handle heavy materials without mechanical lifting assistance.
- Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, and extremely loud warehouse environment.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to maintain a consistent work pace.
- Ability to use basic hand tools, including hammers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and established procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Willingness to perform repetitive material handling and production tasks.
- Steel-toe footwear required.
- Long pants required; shorts are not permitted.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
About the Line Laborer Role
As a Line Laborer, your responsibilities will include:
- Continuously unload wheel rims from delivery trucks.
- Manually lift and move wheel rims weighing approximately 20–50 pounds.
- Remove packaging materials from incoming wheel rims.
- Use hand tools to remove excess scrap material from rims.
- Feed wheel rims onto the production conveyor system.
- Handle and organize materials throughout the production process.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, and twisting throughout the shift.
- Maintain a steady production pace while handling heavy materials.
- Inspect materials for visible defects or excess scrap.
- Remove and dispose of packaging and scrap materials.
- Assist with unloading and processing incoming materials.
- Follow established material handling procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Communicate production concerns or safety issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily production goals.
- Complete additional general labor and material handling responsibilities as assigned.
