Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-2 years of related experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong Excel skills (programming experience preferred)

Knowledge of CAD or 3D software

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Ability to travel 2-4 times per month for customer meetings

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Coordinate customer discussions and negotiations based on company direction

Review customer RFQs and assist with product configuration and pricing

Develop accurate quotations based on company standards

Interpret technical drawings and recognize critical dimensions

Collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, and logistics teams

Translate customer demand into production schedules and project proposals

Evaluate project costs, materials, and pricing requirements

Communicate project updates with internal departments and customers

Document customer meetings and proposal details

Support production planning and customer satisfaction initiatives

Assist with additional sales engineering duties as assigned
