Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Sample Coordinator.

Sample Coordinator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Location: Symmes Township, OH

Sample Coordinator Requirements/Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar quality-related position preferred.
  • College coursework or degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Acrobat Pro and PACE preferred.
  • Print, mailing, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
  • Experience using a densitometer, spectrophotometer, paper caliper, or similar quality tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production floor approximately 50% of the day.
  • Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.

As a Sample Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Collect samples from production lines, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Inspect samples for print quality, color, alignment, personalization, accuracy, and mailing requirements.
  • Identify quality issues or inconsistencies and communicate them to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain accurate sample information, job numbers, versions, and approvals in the PACE system.
  • Organize and maintain job bag samples for reference and compliance.
  • Select and sort samples to ensure consistency in color and overall quality.
  • Prepare samples for shipment, including proper labeling, packaging, and documentation.
  • Work with the Shipping team to ensure samples are delivered on time.
  • Assist with complicated kitting and mailing projects.
  • Understand mailing processes, including Letter Shop Instructions, matrices, and matching mailings.
  • Support internal audits, client reviews, and quality initiatives.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, compliance, and customer requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
