Job Description

Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler.

Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications
  • Resume required.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BoMs) and work instructions.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
  • No history of no-call/no-shows.

About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assemble chemical dispensing equipment, including pumps, hoses, nozzles, dispensers, and other plastic and rubber components.
  • Read Bills of Materials (BoMs) to gather the correct parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Use hand tools and air tools to build product assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Inspect and test completed products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow visual work instructions and established manufacturing procedures.
  • Maintain production goals while ensuring product quality.
  • Assist with inventory control, packing, and material handling.
  • Support manufacturing operations by pulling production orders as needed.
  • Report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.
