Machine Operator Job Details
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to read measuring devices and production documents
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and stable, long-term work history required
- Leadership potential and a commitment to long-term employment
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
- Resume, interview, clean background, drug test, and candidate summary required
About the Machine Operator Role
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production machinery according to established procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues
- Perform product inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and material handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
- Follow all company safety policies and required PPE guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
