Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring motivated and dependable Finishers (Assemblers) for a manufacturing opportunity in Mt. Orab, OH. This is a great opportunity for individuals with woodworking, assembly, or general production experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and are looking for consistent hours with overtime potential.
Job Details – Finisher / Assembler (Woodworking)
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Overtime is required and may include Saturdays (especially during peak production)
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Location: Mt. Orab, OH
Finisher / Assembler Requirements:
- Must have woodworking or assembly experience (preferred in trailer, furniture, or similar industries)
- Experience using hand and power tools (saws, drills, electronic screwdrivers, etc.) required
- Ability to read basic work instructions and follow production guidelines
- Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
About the Finisher / Assembler Role:
As a Finisher / Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and assembling trailer decks using woodworking and construction materials
- Operating power tools such as drills, saws, and screwdrivers safely and efficiently
- Installing, finishing, and preparing components for final production
- Reading work orders, tickets, and following build specifications accurately
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and consistency standards are met
- Assisting with general production tasks on the assembly line as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
