Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM; 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
Pay Rate: 1st Shift: $16.38/hr; 2nd Shift: $18.38/hr
Location: Carrollton, KY
Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions.
Ability to perform basic visual quality inspections.
Ability to maintain the production pace of other team members.
Ability to use power tools and various equipment as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to perform repetitive motions, bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
5-panel drug screen required.
Background check required; case-by-case review.
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
Perform production duties including manual lifting, packaging, labeling, and sorting finished cores.
Move products and inventory using a hand pallet jack.
Follow customer specifications and production requirements.
Assist with setup of the packing area.
Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
Report quality issues to the Line Operator or Production Shift Supervisor.
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Follow all prescribed safety regulations.
Maintain production pace and support team members.
Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
