High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate Degree in Applied Science in Electronics, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Automated Manufacturing, Electrical, or equivalent maintenance experience preferred

Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance/manufacturing experience (4 years preferred)

Working knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment

Electrical experience required

Basic hydraulics and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret technical documents

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Computer skills required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, facility, and property

Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment

Communicate repair status with maintenance and production teams

Coordinate repairs to minimize production downtime

Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives

Support engineering and quality teams to improve equipment reliability

Maintain safe working conditions and follow all safety procedures

Assist in training maintenance team members by sharing knowledge

Communicate material needs and maintenance deficiencies to the Maintenance Supervisor

Complete additional maintenance duties as assigned
