Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Sanitation Associate.
Sanitation Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Saturday
Pay Rate: $18.80/hr
Location: Hebron, KY
Sanitation Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous sanitation experience preferred.
- Spanish- and French-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
- Must be comfortable with heavy lifting.
- Ability to squat, reach, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Must be comfortable working at heights.
- Must be comfortable working in extreme heat.
- Facility is not air-conditioned, and temperatures inside the plant may reach approximately 115°F.
- Dependable attendance and reliability required.
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Must be willing and able to transition to permanent employment with the client.
About the Sanitation Associate Role
As a Sanitation Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform sanitation duties throughout the production facility.
- Clean and maintain assigned production and work areas.
- Perform physically demanding sanitation tasks.
- Lift and move materials as required.
- Work at varying heights as needed.
- Perform frequent squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting.
- Work safely in a hot manufacturing environment.
- Follow established sanitation procedures.
- Follow all workplace safety requirements.
- Assist with additional sanitation duties based on production needs.
