Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Automated Manufacturing, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering Technology, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing process controls

Working knowledge of hardware and operating computer systems

Allen Bradley and/or Fanuc controls experience preferred

Knowledge of electrical engineering principles

Computer application skills

Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical prints, schematics, and technical documents

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Provide technical support for manufacturing automation systems

Participate in the design, development, procurement, and launch of automated equipment

Troubleshoot, modify, and upgrade equipment controls

Support production by repairing electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment

Maintain CNC mills, conveyors, machine automation, and robotic equipment

Diagnose equipment issues using sound troubleshooting techniques

Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints

Research replacement parts as needed

Complete maintenance documentation and communicate repairs with the team
