Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Specialty Worker.
Specialty Worker Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.00–$28.00/hr, based on experience
Location: Williamstown, KY
Specialty Worker Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous construction, machinery, or technical experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Eagerness and ability to learn new technical processes.
- Ability to work both indoors in a warehouse and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting of 100–150 lbs.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn forklift operation as needed.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and accuracy.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and established procedures.
- Ability to perform order pulling and inventory-related tasks.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
About the Specialty Worker Role
As a Specialty Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform technical and hands-on work in both warehouse and outdoor environments.
- Learn specialized processes and new technical responsibilities.
- Assist with drill-related processes, including learning drill mass and ground drilling operations.
- Pull customer and production orders accurately.
- Process returned orders.
- Assist with inventory organization and control.
- Move and handle heavy materials and equipment.
- Operate a forklift as qualified.
- Work with construction and machinery-related equipment.
- Assist with material handling and warehouse operations.
- Follow established technical, quality, and safety procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Perform additional technical and warehouse duties as assigned.
