Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Warehouse Associate.
Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Good work history and attendance required.
- Must be flexible and willing to perform various warehouse duties as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
- Ability to walk approximately 7–10 miles per day.
- Ability to walk up and down steps throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use an RF scanner.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack.
- Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes required.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
About the Warehouse Associate Role
As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Pick and pack automotive parts in the warehouse.
- Use RF scanners to track and process products.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Move and organize automotive parts throughout the warehouse.
- Sort, stage, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders.
- Assist with various warehouse duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
