Grind Line Packer Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – Finish (Occasional Saturdays as needed)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Location: Walton, KY
Overtime: Mandatory when required

Grind Line Packer Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to work in a wet, refrigerated, and freezer environment
- Ability to lift and move 60 lb. blocks continuously throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Ability to work in various warehouse departments as needed
- Steel toe boots required
- Strong attendance and dependability required
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- HS Diploma/GED not required
About the Grind Line Packer Role
As a Grind Line Packer, your responsibilities will include:
- Push raw materials into industrial grinders to produce ground beef
- Assist with grinding operations and material handling
- Keep the grinding area clean and organized
- Pack and box beef, pork, lamb, veal, and seafood products
- Follow standardized packing procedures and customer specifications
- Inspect products for quality and appearance before packaging
- Meet daily production goals in a refrigerated warehouse environment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Work in different warehouse areas as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
