Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Trash Runner.
Trash Runner Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, with possible Saturday overtime
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr

Trash Runner Requirements/Qualifications
- No high school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extensive walking.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday with possible Saturday work.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
- English-speaking ability required.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Jeans, T-shirt, and steel-toe shoes required.
- Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
About the Trash Runner Role
As a Trash Runner, your responsibilities will include:
- Run throughout the plant to remove parts from boxes and place them on shelves for each production line.
- Move between different areas of the plant throughout the workday.
- Maintain and clean warehouse floors.
- Operate the compactor.
- Break down cardboard from skids.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, breakrooms, offices, and other assigned areas.
- Remove and manage trash throughout the facility.
- Support warehouse and production operations as assigned.
- Follow all workplace safety and cleaning procedures.
