Operations Clerk Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED not required.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, email, and internet software applications.
- Ability to learn new software and systems related to the position.
- Database experience is helpful.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Operations Clerk Role
As an Operations Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure warehouse inventory is accurate, audited, received, and properly stored.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations to management and sales leaders.
- Provide accurate inventory information to customers regarding product availability.
- Complete daily check-ins and driver logs accurately.
- Assist with routing and dispatching to support efficient delivery schedules.
- Enter and maintain warehouse and transportation data, including shipment information, delivery schedules, and invoices.
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with the purchase order receiving process and print labels as needed.
- Update purchase orders and audit receiving paperwork for accuracy.
- Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare orders for shipment and verify merchandise accuracy.
- Print route information for pullers and track daily lineup and departure information.
- Assist with Will Call, Courier, and FedEx routes.
- Work with inside sales to prioritize courier deliveries.
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming vendor shipments and report damages or shortages.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory and cycle counts.
- Provide coaching and support to warehouse staff as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
