Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full time Production Worker in Truesdale, MO!
Monday-Thursday | 6:00am- 4:30pm | $15.00/Hr
Responsibilities
- Prepare parts by cleaning, polishing, and removing contaminants or oxidation.
- Operate and monitor plating equipment to ensure proper chemical balance and immersion times.
- Perform acid pickling and electro-cleaning processes to ensure surfaces are ready for plating.
- Inspect parts for defects, imperfections, and plating quality throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations regarding chemical handling and waste disposal.
- Assist with chrome plating processes as needed, including pretreatment and finishing.
- Support team members with general production tasks, including loading/unloading racks and maintaining a clean work area.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work around chemicals and follow strict safety protocols.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
