Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a General Labor Associate.

General Labor Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Location: Williamstown, KY

General Labor Associate Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must have reliable personal transportation.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to work both indoors in a warehouse and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and outdoor maintenance equipment.
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
Willingness to perform a variety of general labor, maintenance, and cleaning duties.

About the General Labor Associate Role

As a General Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Clean buildings by sweeping and vacuuming floors with a shop vacuum.
Perform lawn and grounds maintenance.
Operate gas-powered trimmers to clear overgrown areas.
Operate gas-powered chainsaws to cut trees and brush.
Assist with delivering and picking up parts.
Empty dumpsters and properly dispose of materials.
Break down and dispose of obsolete tracking devices.
Clean and detail trucks and equipment.
Sandblast and repaint equipment.
Organize supplies, materials, and tools in storage buildings.
Pressure wash equipment and trucks.
Clean chainsaws, band saws, hoses, and other tools and prepare them for storage.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
