Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time General Laborer in O’Fallon, MO
Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm | $15-17
Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm | $15-17
Responsibilities
- Scoop sand into buckets and prepare materials for mixing
- Measure and pour sand and cement into a mixer
- Scoop mixed concrete into forms and molds
- Assist with placing and moving molds into the kiln
- Learn additional fabrication duties and processes as skills develop
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and good work ethic
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to bend, lift, twist, and work with arms overhead for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
