Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Associate.
Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $17.25/hr

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to communicate and understand work instructions in English; Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.
- Ability to operate a sit-down forklift; certification will be provided.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manually handle and stack materials.
- Ability to follow production procedures and safety guidelines.
- Jeans, T-shirt, and steel-toe shoes required.
About the Production/LP Associate Role
As a Production/LP Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production process equipment according to established procedures.
- Manually handle and stack materials throughout the production process.
- Palletize materials and finished products.
- Support daily production operations and workflow.
- Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Complete assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
