Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Extrusion Operator.
Extrusion Operator Job Details
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour day shift, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM (36/48-hour rotation), including every other weekend.
Pay Rate: $16.60/hr + $1.00/hr weekend shift differential

Extrusion Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume or work history required.
- Mechanical experience required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including every other weekend.
- Steel toe boots required.
- Ability to lift, stack, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
About the Extrusion Operator Role
As an Extrusion Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate extrusion equipment and production machinery.
- Handle, stack, and palletize production materials.
- Prepare machines for die, grade, and color changes.
- Assist with extruder breakdown, assembly, and machine setup.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform machine start-ups and adjustments as needed.
- Enter production and quality data into computer systems.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
