Crown Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time General Laborer in Troy, MO!
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with remodeling projects at various job sites.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Hold boards, move materials, and assist team members as needed.
- Learn and assist with various remodeling and construction tasks under supervision.
- Safely operate basic power tools.
- Read and accurately use a tape measure.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications
- Previous general labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of power tools.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team.
