Maintenance Assistant Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00+/hour depending on experience

Maintenance Assistant Requirements/Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined required
- Entry-level maintenance experience welcomed
- Ability to read, write, and speak English required
- Steel-toe boots required
- Resume and interview required
- Ability to perform physical work in a manufacturing environment
- Background check required (all results will be reviewed with the client)
- 10-panel drug screen required
About the Maintenance Assistant Role
As a Maintenance Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Change oil in production machinery and equipment
- Assist the Maintenance Foreman with daily maintenance tasks
- Perform preventative maintenance and basic equipment upkeep
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow maintenance schedules and work instructions
- Report equipment issues to maintenance leadership
- Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned
