Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Location: Florence, KY

General Utility Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience is required (warehouse experience alone does not qualify).
Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Good listening and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ability to perform production, material handling, and quality-related tasks.

About the General Utility Associate Role

As a General Utility Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Support production operations by ensuring production lines have the materials needed.
Start and operate mixers and production lines as assigned.
Empty production lines onto pallets for work-in-process or finished goods.
Build pallets to keep pace with production output.
Track inventory produced during each shift.
Monitor production downtime and report causes when needed.
Ensure the correct packaging materials are used for each product.
Load, unload, and stage products in the appropriate warehouse locations.
Perform visual and basic quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 6S practices.
Support shipping and production teams to ensure products are prepared and shipped accurately.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
