Schedule: To be discussed during interview
Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00/hour

Shop Helper (Shipping & Receiving) Requirements/Qualifications
Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using shipping software (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS portals) preferred
- Ability to create shipping labels, BOLs, and packing slips
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred
- Basic computer skills including email and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse shipping systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse work
- Ability to cross-train into manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
About the Shop Helper (Shipping & Receiving) Role
As a Shop Helper, your responsibilities will include:
- Create and print shipping labels for outgoing orders
- Process orders using ERP/WMS systems
- Enter and update shipment and inventory data accurately
- Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slips
- Track shipments and update shipping statuses
- Schedule freight pickups and coordinate with carriers
- Manage inventory transactions using scanning systems
- Communicate with vendors and carriers via email
- Assist with basic Excel and data entry tasks
- Cross-train in manufacturing support tasks as needed
- Assist with assembling non-welded products
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight
- Maintain organized and accurate shipping records
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
