Order Puller Job Details
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Order Puller Requirements/Qualifications
- Profile and resume required.
- Must complete a meet and greet before starting.
- Previous warehouse, order pulling, or inventory experience preferred.
- Must be willing to learn to operate a forklift if needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Felony convictions may be considered if not recent and not sexual or violent.
About the Order Puller Role
As an Order Puller, your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately pick products from shelves according to order specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing and labeling items.
- Inspect products for quality and report damaged or defective items.
- Operate pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
- Learn to operate a forklift as needed.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to support order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
