Schedule: B Crew
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

General Utility Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Plastics manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- General manufacturing or similar work experience preferred.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
About the General Utility Associate Role
As a General Utility Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Start and operate mixers and production lines as assigned.
- Support production lines by ensuring required materials are available.
- Empty production lines into pallets for work-in-progress or finished goods.
- Maintain accurate counts of inventory produced during the shift.
- Track production downtime and causes.
- Ensure the correct packaging materials are used for each product.
- Build pallets to keep up with production output.
- Load and unload trucks and stage products in the correct locations.
- Perform visual or tool-assisted quality checks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 6S practices.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
