Production Associate Job Details
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr + $115 weekly attendance bonus

Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience using hand and power tools required.
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8–10 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving hands and tools.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
About the Production Associate Role
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble CTL gearboxes according to work instructions.
- Perform assigned production and assembly tasks.
- Use hand and power tools during assembly.
- Perform quality inspection duties as assigned.
- Follow Bonfiglioli quality standards and production requirements.
- Work as part of a team and move between workstations as production needs require.
- Maintain consistent production throughout the shift.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
