Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Shipping Team Lead.
Shipping Team Lead Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, Fridays as needed
Pay Rate: Up to $25.00/hr, depending on experience

Shipping Team Lead Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of hand tools used for box building and shipping.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate math calculations.
- Ability to learn basic blueprint reading.
- Ability to work in a hands-on production environment.
About the Shipping Team Lead Role
As a Shipping Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the shipping schedule for team members.
- Partner with the Plant Manager to determine work schedules.
- Assist employees with questions and problem-solving.
- Act as a liaison for interdepartmental support.
- Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
- Participate in the hiring process.
- Train new hires and cross-train current employees.
- Communicate employee issues requiring corrective action to the Plant Manager.
- Ensure on-time deliveries.
- Enforce all safety and PPE requirements.
- Motivate employees to maintain shipping quantity and quality standards.
- Attend team lead meetings.
- Perform all functions of the Shipping position as a working Team Lead.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
